David Osborne, the owner of Pacific Painting, has over 25 of years experience in the painting business. David gained his experience working for several high-end painting contractors and four-star resort properties in the Monterey area.
David was born and raised here on the Monterey Peninsula, and he has built his business by providing quality craftsmanship at reasonable rates.
